She was predeceased by : her parents, Clinton G. Franklin and Cora Ellen Franklin (Bartels); her husband Morris Barton Sorensen; her brother Ben Franklin; and her son-in-law Bruce Urban.

She is survived by : her daughters, Marlene Urban of Modesto, Linda McIlravy (Kenneth) of Philip and Lee Ann Knutson (Rod) of Philip. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
