It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Nelson (Philip, South Dakota), who passed away on April 12, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband James "Jim" Nelson; her daughter Joan Marie Fortune; her parents, Harry Hoag and Sadie Hoag; her brothers, Homer "Hank" Hoag and John "Cal" Hoag; her sister-in-law Norma Nelson; her sons-in-law, Fred Zebroski and Eric Hansen; and her parents-in-law, Nestor and Anna Nelson.

She is survived by : her brothers, Calvin and Harry; her children, Mark Nelson (Karen) of Philip, Beth Flom (Dave) of Midland, Jeanne Hansen of Juneau, Kay Modde (Tim) of Hill City, Ruth Zebroski Fortune (Bob) of Belvidere and Sue Titus (Bob) of Westboro, Massachusetts; her brother-in-law Martin Nelson (Vera) of Philip; and also Beth. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
