She was predeceased by : her husband Charles "Chuck" O'Connor; her son Thomas "Tom" O'Connor; and her brothers, Roger, Boyd, Jimmy Lee, Bob, Larry and Mike Tavernier.

She is survived by : her children, Shelly Peris (Mike) of Butte, Montana, Tim O'Connor (Susan) of Henderson, NV and Todd O'Connor (Laura) of Philip; her grandchildren, Tiekola Fortune, Tomlin O'Connor, Jennifer Murgatroy, Sean Peris, Travis, Caleb, Tara O'Connor, Race and Paige O'Connor; her great grandchildren, Randall Chance, Marymee, Olivia, Wyatt Murgatroy, Gavin Peris, Hunter O'Connor, Karisma Devarona, Noah Faria and Tyler Gomez; and her siblings, John Tavernier of Coos Bay, Chuck Tavernier of Eugene, Oregon and Rhoda Lufkin (Ted) of St. Helens, Oregon. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
