He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Lofquist and Myrtle Irene Lofquist (Forsberg); his wife Mary A. Nyman; and his siblings, Ronald Lofquist (Carol Patricia), Barbara Ross (Bradley) and Clayton Lofquist.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristine Lofquist (Saleem Malik) and Beth Ljungström (Pär); his grandchildren, Ehan Malik, Miriam and Theo Ljungström; and his siblings, Sharon Nuss (Robert) and Harlan Lofquist (Hildegard). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
