He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Quiver; his grandparents, Maroni J. Moeller, Lucinda Moeller, Alice "Young", Levena Quiver and Bert Quiver; his brothers, Bernard Richards III and Lance Andrew Cotter; and his uncles, Les Moeller, Fred Moeller, Dave Moeller and Clayton "Boots" Quiver.
He is survived by: his mother Wanda D. Cotter (Moeller) of Martin, SD; his stepfather Bernard Richards of Martin, SD; his siblings, Michael Richards of Sioux Falls, SD, Johnny Cottier of Martin, SD, Goldie Richards of Martin, SD, Nancy Richards of Martin, SD, Gina Cotter of Rapid City, SD and Noni Quiver of Aberdeen, SD; and his aunts and uncles, Sandy Flye, Muffet Flye, Frankie, JD Flye and Russell Flye. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
