She was predeceased by : her son Damon Shangreaux; her uncles, Elroy Shangreaux, Wayne Shangreaux and Leland Joe Shangreaux; her brother Ron Shangreaux; and her grandparents, Pete, Phoebe, William Hopkins, Brett Hopkins, AJ Iron Cloud, Ronald Jess Red Owl, Larry Shangreaux, Dustin Shangreaux, Jessy Shangreaux, Devin Shangreaux, Tanner Pierce and Eugene Running Hawk.
She is survived by : her parents, Archie Hopkins and Glenda Hopkins (Shangreaux); her husband Mark Apple; her children, Devin Shangreaux, Emily Shangreaux, Asia Shangreaux and Roni Shangreaux; her brothers, Will Hopkins and Brett Hopkins; her aunt Elvira Shangreaux; her uncle Bill Shangreaux; and her nephew Aden "Hoksila" Hopkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
A wake was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Hall. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
