It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessica Jeffers of Pine Ridge, South Dakota, who passed away on May 7, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Dora Jeffers; her sister Delores Ann Sharp; and her sons, Ryland Jackson Allison and Russell Dwayne Wallace III. She is survived by: her father David Jeffers (Diane); her brother David Wayne Jeffers (Dwayne Wallace); her sons, Jesse James Riggs, Ashlee Dakota Riggs, Kaydence Destinee Allison and Kierra Haven Jeffers; and her granddaughter Emberlee Denora Riggs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
