She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Afraid of Bear; her brother Thomas Joseph Catches; her grandparents, Everett Catches, Sr. and Hildegard Catches (Respects Nothing); her uncles, Martin Catches, Sr., Gaylord Catches, Sr., Elroy Catches, Sr. and Marvin Catches; and her aunt Doreen Richards.
She is survived by: her mother Arvella Catches; her children, Louis Floyd Bear Eagle, Jr., Dakota Rose Catches-Ornelas, Aliana Catches-Ornelas and Haleyana Catches-Ornelas; her sister Mary Catches; and her partner Jesse Steele.
