He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Locke; his siblings, Michael Mesteth of Porcupine, SD, Kimberly Mesteth of Porcupine, SD and Travis Mesteth of Porcupine, SD; his niece Dionne Mesteth of Porcupine, SD; his nephews, Travis Mesteth, Jr. of Pierre, SD and Tirrel Mesteth of Porcupine, SD; his grandson Tzaiah Mesteth of Porcupine, SD; his grandmother Georgia Tail of Porcupine, SD; his aunts and uncles, Karen Red Elk, Erna Shephard, Aliana Sandoval, Gloria No Neck, Darmalee Tail, Priscilla Locke, Debbie Locke, Alberta Miller and Ethaleen; his pets, Eileen Iron Cloud, Cecelia Locke, Norma Moose, Emmaline Koenan, Darrell Locke, Sr., Clement Locke and Donnie Mesteth; and his close friend Roxeanne Yankton. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
