He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Joseph Kelly and Mildred Doris Kelly (Miner); his wife Gloria; his children, Kristy Kelly, Kim and James Kelly; his grandson Jori Dean Kelly; his brother Robert Kelly; and his nephews, Richard "Rich" Kelly and Robert "Robbie" Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick (Carla), Dr. Pat Kelly (Carla) of Bowman, Jason Kelly, Cher of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Dawn Richter (Troy) of Quinn; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Kelly (Jed Hendricksen), Megan Pederson (Chris), Erin Huber (Ryan), Paiton Kelly, Dalton Richter (Jennifer), Kelsey Hupp (Trevor), Trey Richter, Cameron Richter, Taylor Fitch (Brayden), Jordan and Colton Kelly; his great grandchildren, Ellis, Henrik, Harvey, Tully, Karson, Myles and Raelyn; his brother Patrick Kelly (Linda); his daughter-in-law Kiya Kelly; and his close friend Jean Reese.
