He is survived by: his wife Neoma; his children, Troy Richter (Dawn) of Quinn, SD, Tanya Holzer (Scott) of Aberdeen, SD and Michelle DeBoer (Donovan) of Parker, SD; his brothers, William of New Underwood, SD and Dick of Enning, SD; his parents, Joe Richter and Elsie Richter; his brothers, Fred Richter and Ted Richter; and his grandchildren, Espyn DeBoer and Brittany Holzer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
