We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2020, at the age of 90, Cheryl J. Kjar of Rapid City, South Dakota, born in Webster, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Jack Jackson and Hazel Jackson; her husband Jim Kjar; her children, Craig Kjar (Carol) and Cathy Kjar (Steve Schwafel); her grandchildren, Andrea Porter (Jensen) and DJ Kjar (Huike); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Gavin.

To protect loved ones from COVID, family graveside services were held on October 21, 2020.

In lieu of flowers, please send financial memorials for Lutheran Memorial Church in Pierre to Cheryl Kjar, 3213 W. Main Street, PMB #205, Rapid City, SD 57702 of Rapid City.
