With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matura Mary Ellen Pelayic of Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away on August 1, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her fathers, Mark McMormick (Alworth) and Leo M. Tims; and her brother Leo Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Peter Pelayic; and her children, Mary Molloy (Kevin), Peter Pelayic (Rebecca), Beth Duffy, Michala Heller (Jim) and Shawn Pelayic (Rachel). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
