With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrtle Rose Mattson (Rapid City, South Dakota), born in Chadron, Nebraska, who passed away on June 7, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edwin Gregory and Eva Gregory (Hallstead); and her husband Clarence "Frenchie" Mattson. She is survived by : her children, Yvonne Schmaljohn, Doris Schiefer, Janice Smith, Cathaleen Dahlgren and Gary Wood. She is also survived by two stepchildren; 12 grandchildren and 24 step grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and numerous step great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
