It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Taylor Popowski of Rapid City, South Dakota, born in Sundance, Wyoming, who passed away on July 9, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorothy Taylor (Mahaffy) and Meryl Taylor; her husband John Popowski; her children, Bart, Beth, Matt and Leah; her grandchildren, Chelsea, Reilly, Caila, Eric and Marcus; her great grandchildren, June and Carter; and her friends, Shirley, Helen and Betty.
