She was predeceased by : her parents, Hazel Edlund and Leslie Edlund (Swede); her brother John Edlund; and her son Vernon David Rank. She is survived by : her husband Bud Rank; her children, Janelle Kleinschmidt (Jake), Jerry Rank (Tina) of Rapid City, SD, Scott Rank (Bobbi) of Winner, SD and Michael Rank (Lisa); her grandchildren, Abby Siebdrath (Westley), Hannah, Carson Rank, Adelaide, Stella Kleinschmidt, Cole and Shannon Rank; her siblings, Sandy Bever (Bill), Darwin Edlund (Dana) and Duane Edlund (Donna); and her sister-in-law Jan Edlund. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kinkade Funeral Chapel (1235 Junction Ave, Sturgis, SD 57785). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (1061 Sherman St, Sturgis, SD 57785).
