It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Hunt of Oelrichs, South Dakota, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Susan leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Susan may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Hegwood and Helen Hegwood. She is survived by: her husband Keith Hunt of Oelrichs, SD; her sons, Jeff Hunt (Susan) of Crandall, GA, Martin Hunt (Bethany) of Buffalo, SD and Chad Hunt of Rapid City, SD; and her sister Sharon of Shoals, IN.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bible Christian Church (4280 Twilight Dr, Rapid City, SD 57703). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
