It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velvet Rayna Shaw of Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Smith and Lorraine Smith (Kocher); and her sister Carolyn McBride. She is survived by: her husband John Shaw; her siblings, Paul A. Smith and Michal L. Cunningham; and her children, Laura Smith, Danielle McMains, Michael McMains and Katie McMains. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and 6 grandsons.
