She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Sellevold and Madelyn Sellevold (Haugen); and her former husbands, Jerry Pierson and Gary Hayes. She is survived by: her son Chris Pierson of Brentwood, CA; her sister Sharon Monshaugen (Wes) of Roslyn; and her nephew Lonnie Johnson (Marie) of Grenville, SD. She is also survived by four great-nephews.
