With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Smith of Salem, South Dakota, who passed away on November 21, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Florence and Charles Smith Sr.; his wife Betty Anderson; and his siblings, Earl Smith and May Westphal (Kenneth).

He is survived by : his siblings, Howard Smith (Lois) of Hanover Park, IL and June Clark (Darwin) of Fontana, WI; his sister-in-law Karen Smith of Zenda, WI; and his friend Arnie Bjork of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other friends.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks are required at the service.
