We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2021, at the age of 71, Rodney Donald Blindert of Salem, South Dakota, born in Mitchell, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Blindert and Meta Blindert; his brother Jerry; and his great-nephew Noah Tolsma. He is survived by : his stepmother Genevieve Blindert of Salem; his brothers, Craig (Glenda) of Salem and Scott of Salem; his sister-in-law Karla Blindert of Salem; his stepsisters, Barb Strom (Steve) of Madison and Kathy Steece (Pat) of Platte City, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Bridget, Luke, Josh, Stacey, Kayla, Zach, Ben and Dominic. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives.
