He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Myrna Shirley Muhmel Fowkes and James Russell Fowkes; his wife Erin Colleen Klatt; his daughters, Amber Patricia Fowkes Griffin and Whitney Rae Fowkes; his sister Heidi Myrna Greene; his uncle Royce Muhmel; and his in-laws, Kevin and Mary Klatt.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Goglin Funeral Home - Scotland (410 Poplar St, Scotland, SD 57059).
