He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henke and Ida Henke (DeBelts); his wife Janice Brockman; his son Eddie Tardif; his grandson Micah Hartman; and his sisters-in-law, Cindy Henke and Mary Ann Fountain.
He is survived by: his daughter Collette Hartman of Hartington, NE; and his brother Harlan Henke. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
