She was predeceased by: her husband Terrance; her parents, William Middlen and Edith Middlen; and her brothers, Dale Middlen, Robert Middlen and Charles Middlen.
She is survived by: her brother Dean Middlen of Sioux Falls, SD; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Middlen of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
