He is survived by: his spouses, Jane Johnson and Dawn of Hull; his children, Lyon Anderson, Deb Anderson of Johnson, Lyndee Staab and Curt Staab of Carthage; his stepchildren, Joseph Lewison of Hamilton, Scott Lewison, Jr. of Sioux Falls and David Lewison of Hawarden; and his brothers, Gary Anderson, Linda Anderson of Ottumwa, Dennis Anderson and Patty Anderson of Hawarden. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and nephews and nieces.
