He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Bultena and Carol; and his aunts, Alva and Alice. He is survived by: his siblings, Rhonda of Carla, Karen and Harm of Bob, Dan; his daughter Misty Husltein (T. J.); his grandchildren, Katelyn and Skyler Hulstein; and his aunts, Jeanne and Marilyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
