He is survived by: his spouse Victoria Amundson; his children, Todd Aaron and Wendy Jo; his spouse Gloria Grotjohn; his stepchild Mike; his children, Lisa Vanbeek and Michael Vanbeek (Jamille); his grandchildren, Jordan, Kaitlyn, Nicholas, Zachariah and Shaylee; and his brothers, Ronald Holthe (Barbara) and Richard Holthe. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
