He is survived by: his wife Carol Miedema of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Chris Fliginger (Trent) and Aaron Miedema (Michele); his grandchildren, Jacob Fliginger, Kane, Mearah, Aubrey and Kael Miedema; and his siblings, Mary Covey (Jim) of Des Moines, IA, Adele Jacobson (Randy), Mark Miedema (Jan) and Jean Nour (Nabil). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
