She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; her daughter Vicki Skuya; her grandson Anthony Skuya; her parents, Melvin Smedsrud and Ethel Smedsrud; and her siblings, Warren Smedsrud, Muriel Peterson, Wally Smedsrud, Nile Smedsrud, Stanley Smedsrud, Donis Lee, Janet Berg and Deanna Buchert.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Karbo (Gail), Roberta Karbo, David Karbo (Rhonda), Sandi Nelson (Neal) and Dan Karbo (Linda); her son-in-law Craig Skuya of Sioux Falls, SD; and her sisters-in-law, Arlene Smedsrud of Sioux Falls, SD and Lorraine Smedsrud. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
