With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Running Hawk (Sisseton, South Dakota), born in Fort Yates, North Dakota, who passed away on July 11, 2019 at the age of 52. He was predeceased by: his father James Running Hawk; his brother Brian Bourelle; and his son Kaysen Running Hawk. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Running Hawk; his children, Blake, Preston, Hunter, Kendryck, Lakota and McKaya; his mother Margaret Bourelle; and his siblings, Isabel, Kenneth, Murray and Gerald. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and grandchildren.
