She was predeceased by: her parents, William Herniman and Clara Herniman (Hoss); her husband Joseph Karst; her brother Merle Herniman; and her sons, David, Kevin and James.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank Karst (Cheryl) of Sisseton, SD, Gary Karst of Waseca, MN, Douglas and Gregory Karst of Sisseton, SD; and her brother Richard Herniman (Lois) of Sisseton, SD. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren.
