He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Joseph Owens; and his grandparents, Ira, Edith Owens (Iyarpeya), John M. and Matilda Williams (Hairyback).
He is survived by: his friends, Dorothy McNae, Kenneth Bronn, Stanley Lufkins, Marti Harman, Roxanne Tchida and Sharon Tchida; his father Isaac Orlando Williams of Ponca City, OK; his daughters, Serena Owens of Mounds, OK and Breanna McLarty of Tulsa, OK; his mother Lorraine Wolfvoice of Sisseton, SD; his siblings, Terra Bluedog (Corwin) of Webster, SD, Cami Arkeketa (Ben) of Ponca City, OK, Dakotah Wolfvoice (Andreaa Tulsa) of Sisseton, SD, Isaac Orlando Williams Jr. of Ponca City, OK, Joseph Williams of Tulsa, OK, Scott Bigpond (Susan) of Stillwell, OK and Billy Kohl of Big Coulee; and his great-nephew Marcelo Barnett of Webster, SD.
