He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton and Theresa Feather Sr. (Atkinson); his son Winfred "Baby" Feather Jr.; and his sister Sylvia Feather. He is survived by: his daughter Angela Feather-Cook (Mavis Hill) of Watertown, SD; his brothers, Clifton Feather Jr. of Sisseton, SD, Lawrence "Yogi" Feather of Sioux Falls, SD, Aron Hill, DustieRose DeMarrias and Anthony Frenier Jr.; his great grandchildren, Dion Frenier and Devan Benally; and his sisters, Kathy White-Feather and Patty Feather of Sisseton, SD.. He is also survived by his children and grand children, and great grandchildren.
