It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harland Schwalm of Midland, South Dakota, born in Sturgis, South Dakota, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ben Schwalm and Ardath Schwalm; his brother Roger Schwalm; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Rowland, Sam Hogan, Ron Leonard and Larry Fairbairn.

He is survived by : his siblings, Ivan Schwalm (Laura) of Temecula, CA, Wylie Schwalm (Jane) of Spearfish, SD, Lorraine Rowland of Atascadero, CA, Janice Hogan of Paris Crossing, IN, Lea Ann Leonard of Memphis, IN and Helen Fairbairn of McKenzie Bridge, OR..

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Midland Cemetery.
