With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Nathan Ellis of Spearfish, South Dakota, born in Farmington, Missouri, who passed away on June 14, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Alice Ellis (Adams) and Thomas William Ellis; his brothers, Gerald Ellis and Gary Ellis; and his grandson Jack Alvin Ellis.
He is survived by : his wife Randalei Ellis (Cureton) of Spearfish, SD; his children, Robert Ellis (Lisa) of Eden Prairie, MN and Jamie Lindemann (Christopher) of Fort Collins, CO; and his siblings, Carol Womack (Robert) of Bismarck, MO, Mary Ann George of Park Hills, MO, Nola McElrath (Kirk) of Irondale, MO, Janet Nicholson (Danny) of Park Hills, MO, Brenda Maxfield (Jimmie) of Solebury, PA, Resa Wampler (Mike) of Desloge, MO and Lynn Ellis (Judy) of Park Hills, MO.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 a private memorial service celebrating Robert's life will be held at Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapels in Spearfish, SD on Friday, June 26, 2020 followed by private service at Black Hills National Cemetery with full military honors.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Robert's name would be appreciated to Spearfish Veterans Monument.
