We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2020, at the age of 75, James Edward Libis of Springfield, South Dakota, born in Eureka, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Zoa Van Winkle; his sons, Craig, Cory (Angie) of Omaha and Chris (Jen) of Prescott, AZ; his grandson Craig (Stephanie) of Dell Rapids; his children, Connor, Addison, Cooper, Julia, Henry, Andrew, Carter, Zoe and Rayne; his siblings, John (Vicki) of Dell Rapids, Lenny (Sue), Richard (Sandy) of Sioux Falls and Mary Hansen (Mike) of Sioux Falls; his siblings-in-law, Ken Van Winkle (Carol) of University Place, WA, Gary Van Winkle of Ft. Collins, CO and Peg Winckler (Wayne) of Tyndall; his parents, Edward and Laura; his parents-in-law, Romain and Alice Van Winkle; and his brother-in-law Rick Van Winkle (Sheryl). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
