She is survived by: her husband Randy; her sons, Bryan Hart and Jason Hart; her mother Noreen Plaisance; and her siblings, Gene Epsky (Cindy), Mary Plafcan, John Epsky, Patti Epsky, Kathy Ebnet (Joel), Peggy Mathies (Matthew) and Linda Hawley.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Wings as Eagles Ministries and Rainbow Bible Ranch are preferred.
