He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Jaci Lynn; his parents, Delbert Harbaugh and Julia Harbaugh (Wagner); his parents-in-law, Ruth Bennett (Bratton) and Kenneth Otto Bennett; his siblings-in-law, Johnny Parks and Shirley Harbaugh (Marsteller); and his nephew Carl Dee Pengra.
He is survived by: his former wife Barb May; his children, Sharen Harbaugh of Cheyenne, WY, Steve Harbaugh (Melinda) and Staci Fethkenher (Shawn); his granddaughters, Kelsea, Kortney Fethkenher of Ponca, NE and Hadley Harbaugh; his siblings, Carol Pengra (Jack) of Rapid City, SD, Donna Parks of Rapid City, SD and Don Harbaugh (Carol) of Sunnyvale, CA; and his wife Barbara Bennett Harbaugh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends.
