He is survived by: his parents, Newton Spraggins and Coleen Spraggins (Jeffery); his wife Sheila Spraggins of Sturgis, SD; his daughters, Amber Spraggins of Tracy, CA, Laura Spraggins of Stockton, CA and Rebecca Spraggins-Rosalez (Ethan) of Charleston, SC.; and his siblings, Rand, Hugh, Stacey, Avon and Sharon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
