He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Ruff and Laura Ruff; his brother-in-law Fred Stredde; and his nephew Brian Stredde. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ruff (Stam); his sister Deone Stredde; and his children, John Srstka (Cindy), James Srstka (Jennifer), Charis Straatmeyer (Ken), Jonathan Ruff, Jodi Aga (Kevin) and Julie Dobesh. He is also survived by grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has decided that memorial monies will be given to Selah Youth Program at Believers Fellowship.
