She is survived by: her children, Jeanny Raye, Janet Kaye, Douglas Robert and Douglas Hlavka (Valorie); her grandchildren, Johnny Fairbanks (Kris), Lynda McMichael (Arlie), Jody Simpson (Larry Ross), Jade Hlavka (Annie) and Leann Hlavka; her great grandchildren, Agnes Fairbanks, Luke Fairbanks, Seth Fairbanks, Jacob Hinojosa, Bryce Campbell, Tory Marks (Adam), Tehya Campbell, Ashten Simpson, Cody King, Kaylee King, Laynee Simpson, Waylon Hlavka and Zeke Hlavka; her great great grandchildren, Milo, Olive and Theo Marks; and her sister-in-law Delores Overacker.
