She was predeceased by: her husbands, Robert and Bob. She is survived by: her children, Robert Bender (Georgia) of Valley Springs, SD, Randall Bender (Elvira) and Laurie Bangs (Phil); her sister Joyce Hillebo (John) of Polk City, IA; and also Bob. She is also survived by niece and nephew; a brother-in-law; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be given to The Fort Meade Museum or the Sturgis Public Library.
