He is survived by: his former wife Jane Common; his wife Denise Schipke; his granddaughter Nikita; his nephew Will Johnson; his daughter Brandy Smeenk (Jonathan) of Martin; his grandchildren, Kurtis, Haley Mooney, Tayten, Tanner and Tillee Smeenk; his stepchildren, Dominique Sterrett (Michael) and Demian Heinert; his stepgrandchild Nikita Heinert; his siblings, Shirley Hoese (Jesse) of Carlisle, WY, Joan Johnson (Jim) of Spearfish, SD, Steve Smeenk (Kay) of Newell, SD, Lyn Smeenk (Susan) of Belle Fourche, SD and Dean Smeenk (Sue) of Alexander, IA; and also, Bill, Doris, Lyn Smeenk, Matt Mooney, Alayna, Daxtyn of Michael Sterrett, III, Hannah Sterrett, Logan Sterrett, Abrym Heinert and Whitney Casteel. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
