He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Roxann "Roxie" Patterson (Don), Melanie Franke and Kevin Bartels; his daughter-in-law Cindy Bartels; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Franke, Wayne Patterson (Kelly Jo), Michelle Hughson (Ross), Bobbi Jo Heuser (Johann), Eric Franke (Britny), Ryan Bartels and Whitney Johnson (Heath). He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
