She was predeceased by : her father Wayne Augustine of Wagner; and her grandparents, Earl and Colleen Hicks of Custer. She is survived by : her son Dylan; her spouse Cory Polzine; her pets, Punky and Bowie; her child Hailey Jensen (Blake); her grandchildren, Oliver, Finnegan of San Clemente, CA and Dylan Polzine of Custer; her mother Dixie Augustine of Wagner; her brother Jason James (Laryssa); her nieces and nephews, Aadin Oleson of Tuscon, AZ and Jeremy James; her cousin Donna Treloar of Tuscon, AZ.; and also Jaxson of Tuscon, AZ. She is also survived by her friends as Steph, to her nephews as Big Steph, and to her grandsons.
