He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Seim and Nellie Seim (Johnson); and his siblings, Luverne, Mildred, Violet and Lillian.
He is survived by: his wife Carol of Watertown; and his children, LuAnn Jacobsen (Gary) of Clark, SD, Brian Seim (Laura) of Hazel, SD, Alan Seim (Dawn) of Watertown, SD and Ronald Seim (Kim) of Bentonville, AR. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
