He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ebeling; his children, Virginia Ballard (Brian) of Yankton, Doyle Becker of Sioux Falls and Terry Becker (Yutzil) of Pierre; and his grandchildren, Brandi Ballard of Omaha, NE, Mason Ballard of Yankton and Avett Becker of Pierre. He is also survived by twin.
