She is survived by: her children, Emma Sue Smith (Dale) of Adamsville, TN, Donald Gene Surratt of Stantonville, TN, Betty Lou Smith (Danny) of Adamsville, TN and Billy Wayne Surratt (Joyce) of Stantonville, TN; her daughter-in-law Linda Surratt Wilkerson; her grandchildren, Tim, Kristie, Keith, Mellanie, Kevin, Jennifer, Shelia and April; her great grandchildren, Bryan, Michael, Brittney, Korey, Chaise, DeAnna, Allissa, Tori Beth, Jared, Taylor, Dakota, Sarah, Emily, Hannah and Matthew; and her great great grandchildren, Chloe, Creed, Harley, Riley and Aceyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
