He is survived by: his children, Angela Delainie LeFler (Paul) of Milledgeville, TN and Chad Phillips (Crystal Skinner) of Milledgeville, TN; his mother Bobbie R. Phillips of Milledgeville, TN; his sister Tammy Brown (Todd) of Jackson, TN; his grandchildren, Ashley Culver, Alicia Rose (Jimmy), Alexandria Barber (Logan), Colton Culver, Colin LeFler and Cooper Phillips; his great grandchildren, Lainie Rose, Zander Rose, Gracie Vandesen, Boone Barber and Brooklyn Barber; and his nieces, Kayla Clay and Kelly Brown.
