He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl Phelps, Ted Spiers and Madelyn Walk Spiers. He is survived by: his parents, Cynthia J. Gabriel (Phelps) of Adamsville, TN and Mark S. Spiers of Breckenridge, CO; his sister Nikki Spiers of Denver, CO; his grandmother Doris Phelps of Stantonville, TN; and his aunts, Cathy Bowen of Guys, TN and Christie Phelps.
